Also included is Redding's captivating performance (again with Booker T. & The MG's and The Mar-Keys) at the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival, where he transcended genre and drew in a whole new audience. This DVD includes all his chart toppers.
Directed by filmmaker D.A. Pennebaker, this concert film shows Redding in his prime, just months before his tragic death.
